ZincAlume Tanks are Bolted, Panelled and Liner Tanks having a sacrificial coating of ZincAlume with Al- 55%, Zn-43.5% and Si-1.5% which lasts upto 4 times longer than Galvanized Steel. ABOUT ZINCALUME STEEL AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Composition
The coating is 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, and 1.5% Silicon. It has a coating weight of 150g/m² (with an optional 200g/m²) evenly distributed on both surfaces.
Corrosion Resistance
The alloy coating provides excellent corrosion resistance, tested to resist cracking and peeling, ensuring long-lasting durability and optimal performance in harsh environments.
