We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and sales skills.     • Work closely with the product development team to propose and implement modifications.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Assist in the creation of detailed proposals and quotations.
    • Align technical aspects of proposals with customer requirements and budget constraints.
  • Sales Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support.
    • Contribute to sales strategies and participate in sales meetings as needed.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide ongoing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and technical support or development teams.
  • Market Feedback:
    • Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for product development and marketing strategies.
    • Identify opportunities for product improvements or new features.
  • Proposal Management:
    • Track and manage proposal timelines, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal compliance with client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in proposal engineering or a similar technical sales support role.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
